Reset my MFA

Deletes all MFA configurations (TOTP and recovery codes) for the currently
authenticated user and revokes all active sessions, trusted devices, and
personal access tokens across every organization the user belongs to,
requiring re-authentication. Can only be called from an interactive session,
not with a personal access token or other machine credential.
