The managed Apache Flink service on the LakeSail platform is deprecated.

LakeSail is building Sail, an open-source computation framework in Rust to seamlessly integrate stream-processing, batch-processing, and compute-intensive (AI) workloads. The LakeSail platform will offer the managed solution for Sail. Existing PySpark and Flink SQL workloads can be migrated with ease. Please stay tuned and contact us if you are interested!

    • The user can manage savepoints for Flink applications and session jobs.
    • The user can update the name of Flink applications, sessions, and session jobs.
    • The user can manage permissions for organization resources and Flink resources.
    • The user can manage root keys and system secrets.
  • Deployment
    • The API server executable supports subcommands for administrative tasks such as root key management and system secret rotation.
  • Flink
    • Flink 1.17 and 1.18 is supported.
